Of course, even in vanilla I could get Carthage for only a few wars. It lets you annex whole small countries for alot of infamy. This game also makes the senate/court a central focus that requires constant management for bonuses depending on your needs rather than some minor annoyance. When you think empire you think of managing a diverse mess of cultures - not painting the map with magic points. I used to be a Total War fan.I'll never play that EVER again.GREAT GAME.It's ruining my life!
